Fiesta Onion Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 c chopped sweet onion
• 3 Tbsp sliced ripe olives
• 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
• 14 tsp salt
• 18 tsp ground cumin
• 18 tsp hot sauce
• 34 c chopped tomato
• 1 45 oz can chopped green chiles drained
• 18 tsp pepper
• 14 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients cover and chill at least 2 hours Serve with vegetables fish chicken or tortilla chips
2. Yield 2 cups
