Fiesta Ranch Potatoes With Creamy Chile Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Ranch party dip mix
- 5 medium baking potatoes cut lengthwise into eighths
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
Directions
- Wash and cut potatoes Shake mix with potatoes in a plastic bag When potatoes are coated add oil and shake or rub to coat Bake at 425 in a single layer on greased baking pan for 40 minutes until brown
- Serve with Chile Dip
