Fiesta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 12 c cooked instant rice
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 12 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 14 tsp ground cumin
- 12 c sour cream
- diced corn chips
- 1 6 12 oz can tuna
- 12 c diced celery
- 18 c chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp ground oregano
- 1 tomato
Directions
- Combine cooked rice tuna celery green pepper lemon juice and onion in a mixing bowl
- Blend the seasonings with the sour cream
- Stir into the tunarice mixture
- Chill for 1 hour Garnish with tomatoes and serve with corn chips
