Fiesta Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 2 4 12 oz cans shrimp rinsed and drained or 1 10 oz pkg frozen cooked shrimp thawed
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 12 c Thousand Island dressing
- 14 c mayonnaise
- 13 c picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp grated onion
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion tops
Directions
- Finely chop shrimp reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onion
- Mix well
- Spoon into serving bowl garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp
- Chill
- Serve with assorted crackers chips or vegetable dippers
- Makes about 2 12 cups dip
