Fiesta Shrimp Dip

Fiesta Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 4 12 oz cans shrimp rinsed and drained or 1 10 oz pkg frozen cooked shrimp thawed
  • 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 12 c Thousand Island dressing
  • 14 c mayonnaise
  • 13 c picante sauce
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion tops

Directions

  1. Finely chop shrimp reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onion
  2. Mix well
  3. Spoon into serving bowl garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp
  4. Chill
  5. Serve with assorted crackers chips or vegetable dippers
  6. Makes about 2 12 cups dip
