Figgy Pudding

Ingredients
- 12 lb chopped figs
- 1 14 c bread crumbs
- 1 c almonds or walnuts browned
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 12 c candied grapefruit peel
- 14 cup candied lemon peel
- 3 Tbsp butter melted
- 4 eggs beaten
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and cook at 325 for one hour
