Filled Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 12 c shortening
• 1 egg
• 12 c milk
• 3 12 c flour
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped raisins
• 12 c sugar
• 12 c water
• 1 tsp flour

1. Prepare the filling using raisins sugar water and flour Cook until thick
2. Set aside to cool
