Fillet Of Flounder

Ingredients
- 5 flounder fillets
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 c milk
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- very fine bread crumbs
Directions
- Combine egg milk salt and pepper
- Soak the fish in this mixture for 15 minutes
- Dip each fillet in the bread crumbs Melt butter in skillet
- Add fillets and saute on both sides until brown
