Fillets Elegante

Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen pollack fish fillets boneless and skinless
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can tiny shrimp
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- pepper
Directions
- Thaw fillets enough to separate
- Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan Dash with pepper
- Dot with butter
- Drain shrimp
- Mix shrimp and soup together and spread over fillets
- Sprinkle with cheese and paprika
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
