Fillets Elegante

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen pollack fish fillets boneless and skinless
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can tiny shrimp
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • paprika
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Thaw fillets enough to separate
  2. Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan Dash with pepper
  3. Dot with butter
  4. Drain shrimp
  5. Mix shrimp and soup together and spread over fillets
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika
  7. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
