Finger Paint

Ingredients

• 1 c liquid starch
• 6 c water
• 12 c soap chips

Directions

1. Dissolve soap chips in water until theyre not lumpy
2. Mix well with starch
3. Use on heavy paper with plenty of newspapers underneath
