Firecracker Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 lb hamburger
• 1 med onion chopped
• 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
• 1-2 TBSP chili pwd
• 2-3 tsp ground cumin
• 12 tsp salt
• 4 flour tortillas
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 sm can green chilies undrained
• 1 c cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

1. Cook the meat in skillet until it is no longer pink drain Add beans chili pwd cumin and salt
2. Transfer to a 9 by 13 in baking dish
3. Arrange tortillas over the top combine soup and tomatoes then pour over the tortillas
4. Sprinkle with cheese Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 min Yields 8 servings
