Fish Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen or fresh fillet of sole flounder or haddock
  • 13 c real mayonnaise
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp fine dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Brush each fillet with real mayonnaise
  2. Mix cheese and crumbs roll fish in crumb mixture
  3. Place in baking dish Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture
  4. Bake in 375 oven until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with fork 30 to 35 minutes for frozen fish or 25 minutes for thawed or fresh fish
  5. Serves 3 to 4
