Fish Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 medium green peppers cut into 12-inch strips
- 2 medium onions cut into 12-inch strips
- 2 medium tomatoes cut into slices
- 2 1 lb packs boneless fish
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Layer the ingredients in a buttered casserole dish
- Dot each layer of fish with butter
- Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes
