Ingredients

  • 2 medium green peppers cut into 12-inch strips
  • 2 medium onions cut into 12-inch strips
  • 2 medium tomatoes cut into slices
  • 2 1 lb packs boneless fish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a buttered casserole dish
  2. Dot each layer of fish with butter
  3. Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes
