Fish Patties
Ingredients
- 1 pt canned salmon
- 1 tsp chopped garlic bottled in oil
- 3 Tbsp catsup
- 3 eggs or egg substitute
- Cheddar cheese sliced thin
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp salsa medium-hot
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 13 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl Form into patties
- Fry until crisp in hot olive oil
- Top with a slice of cheese
- Serve with mustard or salsa sauce Also makes a great burger sandwich
- Serve on a bun with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise
