Ingredients

  • 10 lb filleted flounder or rockfish or a mixture

  • 2 large cans Campbells tomato juice
  • 1 44 oz bottle ketchup
  • 3 large cans tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 small bottle hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and
  2. cut
  3. up the potatoes
  4. Add water to cover and boil until tender
  5. When
  6. cooked
  7. mash potatoes with a potato masher Cook bacon until
  8. brown
  9. then
  10. add onions
  11. When the onions are brown place
  12. bacon
  13. onions
  14. and potatoes in large pot 12 quart and
  15. combine
  16. the
  17. mixture
  18. Add
  19. tomato juice tomatoes and ketchup and
  20. bring to a boil
  21. Add Worcestershire sauce hot sauce salt
  22. and
  23. pepper
  24. Simmer

  28. Turn down the heat and let simmer
