Five Crust Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 34 c flour
• 34 c water
• 3 tsp salt
• 4 c flour
• 2 c shortening

Directions

1. In a small bowl mix until smooth the flour water and salt Set aside
2. In a larger bowl mix until fine the flour and shortening
3. Add paste
4. Mix until smooth
5. Make into a ball Cover completely with plastic wrap
6. Refrigerate
