Five Day Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 2 c frozen coconut
  • 2 c granulated sugar
  • 2 c sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix coconut sugar and sour cream together and refrigerate 24 hours
  2. Bake cake according to directions
  3. Let cool and slice into 4 thin layers
  4. Spread icing on layers
  5. Put cake in refrigerator
  6. Slice on fifth day if you can wait that long
