Five Day Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 2 c frozen coconut
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 2 c sour cream
Directions
- Mix coconut sugar and sour cream together and refrigerate 24 hours
- Bake cake according to directions
- Let cool and slice into 4 thin layers
- Spread icing on layers
- Put cake in refrigerator
- Slice on fifth day if you can wait that long
