Five Day Coconut Cake

Ingredients

• 1 14 oz pkg coconut
• 1 16oz carton sour cream
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 lb butter
• 3 c sugar
• 6 eggs
• 14 tsp soda
• 12 pt sour cream
• 3 c plain flour
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix together coconut 16 ounce sour cream 2 cups sugar and
2. 1 teaspoon
3. vanilla
4. Placein
5. refrigerator overnight Next day cream
6. butter
7. and3 cups sugar until fluffy
8. Add eggs one
9. at a time beating well after each egg
10. Stir soda into 12 pint of sour cream add to eggs and sugar alternately with flour
11. Add vanilla and blend thoroughly
