Five Flavor Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c milk
• 2 sticks butter
• 12 c shortening
• 3 c sugar
• 5 eggs
• 3 c plain flour
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp each vanilla rum coconut lemon and butter flavoring

Directions

1. Cream butter and shortening add sugar
2. Cream until fluffy Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each
3. Sift flour and baking powder add a little at a time with milk
4. Stir in flavoring
5. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325 for 1 12 hours
