Five Hour Oven Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lb cubed stew meat
- 2 c diced celery
- 2 c sliced or chunked carrots
- 2 c diced potatoes
- 3 large onions diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 qt tomatoes or V-8 juice
- 2 Tbsp Minute tapioca
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Mix the last 3 ingredients and let stand while preparing vegetables
