Five Layer Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 9 oz each cans bean dip
  • 3 avocados peeled and seeded
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 12 c green onion chopped
  • 1 can sliced black olives drained
  • tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Spread bean dip in a 9x13 inch dish
  2. Mash avocados with lemon juice in bowl
  3. Stir taco seasoning into sour cream in a small bowl
  4. Layer avocado mixture and sour cream mixture over bean dip
  5. Top with cheese and tomatoes
  6. Sprinkle with green onions and olives
  7. Chill for several hours before serving
