Flaky Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 c shortening
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 5 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Mix flour shortening and salt thoroughly
2. Then mix egg well and add water and vinegar
3. Add this to the flour mixture
4. This is very flaky and tasty
