Flan

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 23 c sugar for caramel
Directions
- To prepare caramel
- In round
- metal mold cook 23 cup sugar on medium heat until golden brown watch it doesnt burn
- Stir constantly until smooth
- Remove from heat and move it around until bottom and all sides are covered with caramel
- Let it cool
