Ingredients

  • 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 12 c fresh milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 c plus 1 Tbsp sugar for flan
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 34 c sugar for caramel

Directions

  1. Melt 34 cup sugar in a pan until golden brown let cool
