Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 14 c soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 12 tsp garlic salt
- 1 12 tsp ginger
- 34 c salad oil
- 1 c finely chopped onion
- 2 flank steaks
Directions
- Place steak flat in shallow baking dish
- Mix all ingredients and pour over steak
- Let stand all day turning occasionally or refrigerate overnight
- Barbecue 5 minutes on each side or broil 2 minutes on each side
- Cut diagonally into thin strips
