Flannel Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c sweet milk
- 2 eggs separated
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Measure and sift dry ingredients together
- Beat egg yolks and add milk
- Pour milk mixture slowly into dry ingredients beat thoroughly
- Add melted butter then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
- Bake on hot griddle
- Makes about 12 medium sized cakes
