Flavorful Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 23 c 5 oz evaporated milk
• 2 Tbsp onion soup mix
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 12 tsp dry or prepared mustard
• 2 Tbsp ketchup

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In 8 x 4-inch loaf pan combine ground beef milk and soup mix mixing with fork
3. When thoroughly blended pat loaf evenly in pan
4. Mixture will be very moist Combine brown sugar mustard and ketchup
5. Spoon over unbaked loaf
6. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until done
7. Makes 3 to 4 servings
