Flitch Candy

Ingredients

• 1 box 10x sugar add a little cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 14 tsp vanilla
• 14 c milk
• peanut butter

Directions

1. Sift the sugar
2. Add melted butter and vanilla
3. Add a little milk at a time
4. Mix until creamy
5. Roll out flat on wax paper Spread with peanut butter
6. Form into a roll
7. Cut in 3 pieces and put in refrigerator until firm
8. Cut into thin slices
9. May also be frozen
