Floating Island Punch
Ingredients
- 12 c sugar
- 1 6 oz can frozen lemon juice
- 3 6 oz cans frozen orange juice
- 1 qt sparkling water or white grape juice
- 1 4 oz bottle maraschino cherries and juice
- 1 pt lemon or orange sherbet
- 1 qt ginger ale
- 1 c water
- ice cubes
- 1 orange sliced thin
Directions
- Heat sugar and water until sugar dissolves cool
- Combine fruit juices ginger ale sparkling water and fruit
- Add syrup pour into punch bowl
- Add ice cubes
- Drop in sherbet by spoonful or in balls using an ice cream dipper
- Makes 20 to 25 servings
