FloraS Meat Loaf Mallerby

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 c chopped onion
• 14 c bread crumbs
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 34 c catsup
• dash of celery seed
• 13 c milk
• 1 egg beaten
• 3 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine the ground beef celery seed onion milk bread crumbs egg and Worcestershire sauce
2. Shape into a ball and place in a baking pan
3. Combine the brown sugar and catsup and pour over the top of the meat loaf
4. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes
