FloreetaS Angel Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 5 c plain flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c shortening prefer Crisco
- 2 c buttermilk
- melted butter
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 13 cup lukewarm water
- Mix dry ingredients
- Cut into shortening
- Add buttermilk and yeast to dry ingredients batter will not be stiff
- Let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes
- At this point batter may be refrigerated for several days
