Florentine Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• 12 fluted lasagna noodles
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 34 c chopped onion
• 2 10 oz each pkg frozen spinach thawed and well drained
• 1 12 c 6 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
• 12 c dairy sour cream
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 14 c butter
• 14 c flour
• 1 12 tsp instant chicken bouillon
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 c light cream
• 1 c milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cook lasagna noodles
3. Cool in large bowl of cold water set aside
4. Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter until tender
