Florentine Lasagna Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 12 fluted lasagna noodles
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 34 c chopped onion
- 2 10 oz each pkg frozen spinach thawed and well drained
- 1 12 c 6 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 c dairy sour cream
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 14 c butter
- 14 c flour
- 1 12 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 c light cream
- 1 c milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook lasagna noodles
- Cool in large bowl of cold water set aside
- Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter until tender
