Fluffy Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 large bananas
• 2 c flour
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 34 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 14 c buttermilk

Directions

1. Beat bananas in small bowl and set aside
2. Beat shortening sugar eggs and vanilla
3. Mix flour baking powder soda and salt together
4. Add half of flour mixture bananas and milk then add remainder of flour mixture
