Fluffy Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites room temperature
- 14 c sugar
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 14 tsp salt
- 34 c Karo light corn syrup
- 1 14 tsp vanilla
- 1 c coconut if desired
Directions
- Mix egg whites cream of tartar and sugar in small bowl with mixer at high speed gradually until smooth and glossy
- Gradually beat in corn syrup vanilla and salt until stiff peaks form
- If desired beat in food coloring or 1 cup coconut
