Fluffy Icing

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 34 c sugar
• 13 c light corn syrup
• 2 Tbsp water
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine all but vanilla in top of double boiler and beat over boiling water until it stands in peaks
2. Add vanilla and continue beating until thick enough to spread
