Fluffy Sponge Cake

Ingredients

• 6 eggs separated
• 1 12 c sugar
• 6 Tbsp cold water
• 1 12 c flour plain
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla

1. Beat egg yolks until thick
2. Add sugar and beat until smooth Add flour and water alternately beating constantly
