Foil-Wrapped Roast

Ingredients

• chuck roast
• 12 pkg dry onion soup mix or 1 small onion chopped
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Line pan with aluminum foil
2. Lay roast in pan add ingredients
3. Seal foil as airtight as possible
4. Put in oven at 300 for 3 to 4 hours
