Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 c milk
  • 14 to 12 tsp minced garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 12 c Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Melt cream cheese in double boiler
  2. Add milk stir until smooth
  3. Add garlic salt and Parmesan cheese
  4. Stir again Serve with dry French bread
  5. Cut into squares or strips
