- 12 c sauteed mushroom slices
- 1 12 c diced chicken
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 to 2 c chicken broth
- 1 12 tsp herb blend
Directions
- Dice bacon and place in heavy saucepan
- Cook but do not brown Remove extra fat Add diced onion and diced celery
- Saute 2 to 3 minutes
- Add potato broth and bouillon
- Cook until potato is almost soft tender
- Add frozen carrots and peas celery slices mushroom slices diced chicken milk chicken broth and herb blend
