Foolproof Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 1 34 c Crisco
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 egg
- 12 c water
Directions
- Mix flour Crisco sugar and salt with a pastry blender
- Mix water egg and vinegar and pour over flour mixture Mix together and make a ball
- Chill 30 minutes or up to 3 days in refrigerator
- Also can be frozen until ready to use
- Makes 5 9-inch pie crusts
