Foolproof Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 4 c flour
  • 1 34 c Crisco
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 12 c water

Directions

  1. Mix flour Crisco sugar and salt with a pastry blender
  2. Mix water egg and vinegar and pour over flour mixture Mix together and make a ball
  3. Chill 30 minutes or up to 3 days in refrigerator
  4. Also can be frozen until ready to use
  5. Makes 5 9-inch pie crusts
