Foolproof White Candy

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb white chocolate
- Eagle Brand milk
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped candied cherries red and green
- 1 c walnuts
Directions
- In heavy saucepan melt white chocolate with milk
- Remove from heat stir in salt vanilla cherries for color and walnuts Spread evenly onto wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan
- Chill 2 or 3 hours
- Turn fudge onto cutting board
- Pull off wax paper and cut into squares
- Store at room temperature
