Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb stewing beef
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3 potatoes cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 box frozen peas and other vegetables
  • 1 12 c tomato sauce
  • 12 c water
  • 3 Tbsp Minute tapioca
  • salt pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish
  2. Bake at 250 for about 6 hours
  3. Yields 4 servings
