Football Stew

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb stewing beef
- 6 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 potatoes cut into bite size pieces
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 box frozen peas and other vegetables
- 1 12 c tomato sauce
- 12 c water
- 3 Tbsp Minute tapioca
- salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish
- Bake at 250 for about 6 hours
- Yields 4 servings
