Four Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks reserve juice
  • 1 can mandarin oranges reserve juice
  • 3 unpeeled apples chopped
  • 2 or 3 sliced bananas
  • 12 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 13 c orange juice

Directions

  1. Combine reserved juices and measure 34 cup
  2. Set aside
  3. Mix cornstarch sugar and orange juice and the reserved fruit juices Stir on stove in pan until thick
  4. Cool
  5. Add all the fruit and mix well
  6. Pour into covered dish and refrigerate several hours Best left overnight
