Fourth Of July Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 3 c vanilla wafer crumbs
• 4 Tbsp margarine melted
• 3 Tbsp NutraSweet Spoonful
• 1 14 oz envelope unflavored gelatin
• 1 c skim milk
• 2 8 oz each pkg reduced-fat cream cheese softened
• 1 3 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese softened
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp grated lemon rind
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 13 to 12 c NutraSweet Spoonful
• 1 pt blueberries
• 2 pt raspberries

Directions

1. Mix crumbs margarine and 3 tablespoons of NutraSweet Spoonful in a medium bowl
2. Pat evenly on bottom of jelly roll pan 15 x 10-inch
