Frankfurter Puffs

Ingredients
- 6 frankfurters
- mustard
- 2 c mashed potatoes
- 14 c minced onions
- 1 to 2 Tbsp chopped pimientos
- 14 c chopped parsley
Directions
- Pour boiling water over 6 frankfurters
- Cover let stand 8 minutes
- Slit each frank lengthwise
- Spread with mustard Combine 2 cups well-seasoned mashed potatoes minced onion chopped pimento and chopped parsley
- Spread over split frank Brown in broiler or oven
- Makes 6 servings
