Frankie RouseS 7-Minute Icing

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp white corn syrup
- 5 Tbsp water
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 3 marshmallows cut up
Directions
- Place all ingredients except marshmallows and vanilla in top of double boiler over boiling water and beat with a rotary beater 7 minutes or until mixture holds a peak
- Remove from heat
- Add vanilla and marshmallows
- Continue to beat until well blended and apply to cake
