Frankie RouseS 7-Minute Icing

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 12 tsp white corn syrup
• 5 Tbsp water
• 18 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 3 marshmallows cut up

Directions

1. Place all ingredients except marshmallows and vanilla in top of double boiler over boiling water and beat with a rotary beater 7 minutes or until mixture holds a peak
2. Remove from heat
3. Add vanilla and marshmallows
4. Continue to beat until well blended and apply to cake
