Franklin Pecan Cake

Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- 2 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 c plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 lb candied cherries
- 12 lb candied pineapple
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 Tbsp butternut flavoring
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add beaten eggs
- Sift flour salt and baking powder
- Add 3 cups of flour mixture
- Pour last cup of flour over fruits and pecans
- Add this to other ingredients
- Add flavoring mix well
- Grease and flour a tube pan
- Pour cake in pan
- Bake in 300 oven for 3 hours
