FrankS Sausage And Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage
- 3 green peppers
- 34 c red wine
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper if needed
Directions
- Remove stems and seeds from green peppers and cut into chunks In ovenproof dish saute green peppers in olive oil until soft on top of stove
- Sprinkle with a little salt
- Remove green peppers from dish brown sausage in same dish
- Add red wine and cover bake for 40 minutes at 350
- Uncover add sauteed green pepper and bake 30 more minutes
- Serve in same dish
