Fred Quednau Clam Chowder

Ingredients
- clams
- white bacon
- white potatoes
- onion
- butter
Directions
- Fry out a good bit of white bacon
- Cut into small pieces Cook slow as to get all the grease out
- Chop or grind clams white potatoes and onions
- Add clams and juice and a small amount of water mix
- When done add a 12 stick of butter salt and pepper to taste
