Freezer Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 4 c self-rising flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 13 c milk
  • 1 c shortening

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening
  2. Add milk
  3. Mix Roll out dough and cut out biscuits
  4. Place on baking sheet for 30 minutes to freeze
  5. When frozen put in a freezer bag
  6. When ready to bake place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 450 Yields 2 dozen biscuits
