Freezer Biscuits

Ingredients
- 4 c self-rising flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 13 c milk
- 1 c shortening
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening
- Add milk
- Mix Roll out dough and cut out biscuits
- Place on baking sheet for 30 minutes to freeze
- When frozen put in a freezer bag
- When ready to bake place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 450 Yields 2 dozen biscuits
