Freezer Cole Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage head
- 1 green pepper
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 c vinegar
- 2 c white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp celery seed
Directions
- Let cabbage green pepper and carrots set 1 hour
- In saucepan add vinegar salt mustard seed celery seed and sugar Bring to a boil
- Pour this over cabbage green pepper and carrots
- Let set 2 hours
- Drain well and place in freezer containers and put into freezer
- When ready to use thaw and mix in mayonnaise to taste
