Freezer Cucumber Pickles

Ingredients

• 12 gal unpeeled sliced thin cucumbers
• 2 or 3 large onions sliced thin
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 1 c vinegar
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Sprinkle cucumbers and onions with salt
2. Let set for 2 hours Combine vinegar sugar and pepper
3. Pack cucumbers in plastic containers
4. Cover with vinegar mixture seal
5. Freeze
6. Thaw as needed
7. These are real crispy and good
